About RLS Music Studios

RLS Studios was founded in 2004 by its owner Rachal Solomon-Bautista. Over the last fifteen years the studio has had a life of its own, blossoming into two locations with a plethora of instrumental variations and musical programs aligned with the vision to safely develop young talented artists. With its dual locations in Florida and Phoenix, both housed in artistic centers for children (see affiliate programming), the Studio runs classes August-June and students participate in two recitals a year, one in December and one in May/June to show off their semesters of development. RLS studios is dedicated to teaching the entire student and their unit of family, not just the instrument. We believe in the mentoring of the whole person, not just the skill and know that this idea creates strong, determined practice that evolves into self-determination and success in many area of their lives.

We are teaching not only musical techniques, but also the art of performance, which includes how to introduce yourself, how to act in public situations, how to handle your own emotions and anxieties, and how to study repertoire for short term memorization just to name a few. Currently, RLS has over
one-hundred and fifty students that we coach on a weekly basis. Many are preparing for middle and high school music programs, scholarship opportunities, summer programs, auditions, and college audition preparation to name a few. RLS Studios gears our teaching toward excellence and rapid acceleration of talent. Coaching and mentoring are the passion of our entire faculty, as is talent development and the art of performance.
